Sales Assistant Boundary Mill Stores - Grantham Sales Assistant Menswear/Shoes A vacancy has arisen for a Full time Sales Assistant to join our team at Boundary Mill Stores, Grantham. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. Previous retail experience would be an advantage, particularly skills in relation to sales, merchandising and stock control. The successful applicant must be well presented and organised. The delivery of a first class customer service is of paramount importance and you should therefore be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with customers in a polite and professional manner. You should be able to work as part of a team with the ability to use your own initiative when required as you will be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the Department. The vacancy is for 35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7. You should be flexible to work additional hours to provide cover for sickness, holidays and busy periods.
