Same here Dewey...The only thing I would add is that our elected officials would not be able to accept gratuities. I worked at the dfw airport for 15 years and because we accepted federal funds for runways, it was strictly forbidden to accept anything from contractors for fear of bias, not even a Turkey at thanksgivingwhich were offered by contractors. That I understand but this rule didnt apply to senior management or Board members who were the ones who actually had the power to enforce or effect change. Sign me up to try and implement this plan. Common sense says its right.
