Second Opinion Society - Boundary Workshop September 23, 24, 25 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Hellaby Hall, 4th and Elliot St. This three-day workshop will use a variety of exercises and techniques to teach participants how to identify personal boundaries and how to effectively express them to others. This workshop is for people who: Cannot communicate a clear “Yes” or “No” to let others know what their limits are. Experience abuse, violence and control in relationships. Are stuck in co-dependency. Don’t know how to set limits with a partner, in the workplace or with children. Experience boundary- related illnesses. Gisela Sartori, M.A., Dip.C., RCC, is a passionate group facilitator and counsellor. With the ability to connect deeply with people, she is known for her engaging, direct, and inspirational leadership as well as for her warmth, sensitivity and loving way. Gisela practices a wholistic, integrative Eastern/Western approach to health and healing and will be leading this workshop.
