Second running of my first Ultramarathon today, didnt go exactly to plan... Fairly happy with the result considering the weather and a stack with 19kms to go which really hurt my overall finish time. A big thanks to the lady who tried to patch me up after my fall, at least she got rid of a lot of the blood. Thanks also to Sean and Hayley for their help out on the course and a huge congrats to Daniel and Angela for smashing it today! Also thanks to Barry McBride and all the volunteers for putting on such a well run and well supported event! Now to drown my sorrows... In my new supersized shower! :)
