Secretary of State John Kerry reinstated the four officials Hillary Clinton put on leave after the Benghazi terrorist attack, thus proving that Hillary Clinton’s Accountability Review Board was a “public relations strategy” rather than an honest investigation, according to a top lawmaker. “Instead of accountability, the State Department offered a charade that included false reports of firings and resignations and now ends in a game of musical chairs where no one misses a single day on the State Department payroll,” House Oversight and Government Reform Committee chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said in a statement.
