The Governor of Central Equatoria(Clement Wani Kongoa) plus his Colleague, the most decorated Arabs Fighter (Thomas Cirino) went into hiding(supposedly in their dwellings or somewhere)but failed to reach their destinations since there was no exit/something fishy, classified! By the way, who wrote those poor speeches? ~And, the evidence that supported their fans claims while in hiding are their speeches. Ooops, that is an enticement of rebellion, but what do new Federalists really want them to do?
