Seeking Avalon Within - Foundational Avalonian Intensive Victor, New York May 8 – 11, 2014 Seeking Avalon Within is for all women seeking the Ways of Avalon. For newcomers to the Goddess Path, it is an excellent starting point; for women who have been engaged in this journeying, it is sure to deepen connections both with the Lady and with the self, from an empowering Avalonian perspective. Seeking Avalon Within presents the foundation work needed for all of the SOA’s Intensive offerings, and is open to all women, members and non-members alike. General Information The intensive will run from Thursday evening through to Sunday noon; the all-inclusive price covers all food, lodging, and workshop time. All retreat sites offer settings of natural beauty and peace. Time will be spent both in experiential workshops and in quiet devotion and inner work. You will return home with tools for self-exploration and for connection to the Goddess within you. Pre-registration is required. About the Facilitator Jhenah Telyndru has been blessed to walk a Goddess path almost three decades. She is the founder and Morgen of the Sisterhood of Avalon, and serves as Academic Dean and Lead Instructor of the Avalonian Thealogical Seminary. Jhenah is the author of Avalon Within: A Sacred Journey of Myth, Mystery, and Inner Wisdom (Llewellyn 2010), the creator of a unique Avalonian Posture System demonstrated on the instructional DVD Trancing the Inner Landscape: Avalonian Landscape Postures, as well as a spoken word album of guided meditations entitled Journeys to Avalon: Immrama to the Holy Isle. Jhenah is a singer/songwriter, and member of the Pagan music group Afalarian. She presents Avalonian Intensives and workshops across the United States and facilitates Pilgrimages to Sacred Sites in the British Isles. Jhenah is a postgraduate student at the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David where she is earning a master’s degree in Celtic Studies.
