MoneyGram is currently seeking a Senior Analytics Manager who will be responsible for producing, reviewing and delivering high quality data to the leadership team, stakeholders, as well as the executive leadership team. Were looking for rock stars to join our team to build the future of MoneyGram’s mobile and web product offerings Key Responsibilities: Analyzes customer, market and operational data to identify optimization opportunities. Recommends strategies and tactics to target market and customer opportunities. Executes analytical analysis via gathering, manipulating, and analyzing large amounts of data (may include website, paid media, search, social, etc.) to determine customer behavior and customer usage patterns. Provides business reporting by aggregating complex data structures across multiple platforms into meaningful and concise reports, graphs and presentation-style deliverables. Optimizes development of robust test plans, identify key performance indicators for tracking, calculate campaign returns and profitability, and focus on providing actionable recommendations based on analysis. Provides recommendations that leverage data results to drive response and revenue of ongoing and future marketing campaigns. Understands the complexities of campaign performance and evaluates growth to identify opportunity gaps. Recommends changes in spend level with partners while being able to articulate potential impact. Troubleshoots day-to-day issues across internal and external teams to arrive at solutions quickly.
