Shakedown Fam!! Im asking for some healing vibes to be sent to Mr. Shakedown Goods!! He has pulled something in his back and is definitely not able to be his spry self and has pretty much had to lay down flat every 20 minutes. If you know Bama Bear you know he is always outside playing in the garden and in his work shop! We have 4 festivals coming up virtually all back to back and I know he is stressing that he will not be able to help me as much as he always does. We have been using back pain relieving pads, ibuprofen and lots of bed rests and hoping for the best. Any vibes from you guys is sure to aid in helping
