Shepard’s Pie Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast is simmered in gravy with carrots and onions then topped with cheesy mashed potatoes and baked until golden brown. Serves: 6-8 INGREDIENTS 1 ½ lb. Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast ¼ cup Diced onion 1 tsp. Olive oil 2 cups Frozen peas & carrots 2 cups Beef stock 4 cups Mashed potatoes 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven at 350°Fahrenheit 2. Sauté onion in oil over medium heat until softened about 2-3 minutes. 3. Toss in Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast, peas, carrots and beef stock, heat through. 4. Spoon meat mixture in baking dish, spread mash potatoes evenly over the top and finish with cheese. 5. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
