Shi Nali James Bilagody is AWESOME! I had to to share his congratulatory statement to the new Council Delegate of Tuba City Chapter, Otto Tso. It would be nice to see more people support one another though Ke versus all the bashing, belittling and nonproductive competitive attitudes that get us no where. I recently heard an elder share a story of how leaders in the past would support one another on the fundamentals of Ke. They would even carpool to events together and respectfully campaign. Today Ke has turned into a means of manipulation and is hardly used respectfully. It would be good to see our Ke system strengthened within the our communities and our foreign/settler system of governance. Congratulations to Otto Tso, his family and the community of Tuba City, AZ. Ahehee Mr. Bilagody for your true example as a leader and proving that through K’É BEI NIHÍDZIIL - THROUGH KINSHIP WE ARE STRONG! Nizhoni!
