Shift Leader BariQ RAYA Holding Subsidiary is hiring the following position: Job Title: Shift Leader. Field: PET Recycling. Department: Production. Job description: Apply activities for day-to-day production within the production line. Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily and meeting the department production and quality goals, as well. Key job responsibilities: Achieve key performance indicators (KPI) targets. Review Daily Reports through shifts. Achieve Production Plan according to the annual operating plan (AOP). Leading the Process Team through training and instructions to achieve KPIs. Apply Safety & Hygiene Standards to ensure personnel and equipment safety. Minimize cost through decreasing material and direct costs. Responsible for achieving results for the external audits. Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to fix any problem related to the equipment. Minimize waste – to maintain efficiency of operations. Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Report problems with the food safety management system to the food safety team. Work location: 6th of October. Benefits: Salary: Negotiable. Social insurance. Medical insurance. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably chemistry, production, mechanical, electrical). 3 to 5 years experience in production lines in plastics ,FMCGs, or similar industries.
