The retail area will include two restaurants new to the Toledo area. Wingstop focuses on chicken wings, with most of its business being takeout. Piada Italian Street Food is a fast-casual eatery. Both restaurants are slated to open in the spring, Westgate officials said. El Nuevo Vallarta Mexican restaurant and Arnie’s Again bar were demolished to make room for the new retail area, which eventually will include three buildings. Piada and Wingstop will be in the building closest to Central Avenue. Guidelines: Please keep your comments smart and civil. Don’t attack other readers personally, and keep your language decent.
