Short little snippet from my work out today - yes Im working out in my filthy garage but a sistas gotta do what a sistas gotta do! My other work out space looks like someone vomited Christmas decor all over it so thats that. Anyway, this is a quick cardio ab interval if you guys wanna give it a go! -Cardio Abs- Set timers for 60 sec on with 10 sec rest - Mountain climbers (this is your cardio so do these between every move) - Oblique V ups - Frog jumps - C sit knee clap abs - Knee tuck abs (you can do tuck abs on the floor if needed) Enjoy!!
