Singapore peeps; we all love to have friends around right?, especially this time of year. But sometimes we need a break from the kitchen, or just dont have the time/energy to cater for a crowd. Drum roll please...let me introduce the FOOD REBELS! I used their services last week, and the food was AMAZING. My guests were blown away by the Slow Roasted Hormone & Anti-Biotic-Free Chicken, stuffed with Organic Brown Rice, Portobello Mushrooms, Roasted Parsnips and home made brew of herbs and natural spices - along with the very creative variety of salads. I will clean up the recipe and offer you both here shortly. My crazy scottish husband played barman as usual; cant offer you anything healthier on that front Im afraid. But hey, its Christmas!!
