Singer, songwriter for Twisted Sister, actor, comedian and television personality Dee Snider will appear live at 20th Century Cycles’ Cruise Night in Oyster Bay on Tuesday, August 20th at 6:00 PM. Dee will be their to promote his upcoming Ride to Fight Hunger on Long Island to benefit Long Island Cares, Inc. – The Harry Chapin Food Bank, which is scheduled for Sunday, September 8, 2013 at the Town of Hempstead Park at Lido Beach. 20th Century Cycles is the presenting sponsor for this year’s Dee Snider’s Ride to Fight Hunger on Long Island and pre-registration material will be available for riders and passengers. In addition, live music will be provided by the School of Rock and Dee will be signing posters and Long Island Cares will be selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a brand new VOX electric guitar personally autographed by Dee at the event. Long Island Cares’ staff and volunteers will also be on hand to distribute literature about their programs and sell t-shirts and other merchandise from their tent. WBAB and Full Throttle Magazine who are sponsors of Dee Snider’s Ride will also be featured at Cruise Night. 20th Century Cycles is located at 101 Audrey Avenue in the Village of Oyster Bay.
