Smithville should be buzzing today considering we have a chance of bright sunlight. I think Im beginning to see why I dont really want to spend much time watching sports on tv; its those instant replays and the commercials; and those announcers. I really dont want to hear why so and so is 4th in the lineup; why the pitcher should be walking the batter in order for the next batter to more than likely be easier to strike out. I dont need to see the path of the ball drawn out on the screen; I saw it go by the batter. I think a bunch of neighborhood kids playing on the empty lot would be much more fun to watch. Those replays; why, I saw replays of the previous games. Lets get rid of the replays and commercials and just watch baseball. Oh, my goodness, what if God is showing replays of the things we have done in our life? You see, in life, if you are a Christian and you do something wrong, God forgives, He forgets, and He never replays it again! Life is much more fun with no replays! On the other hand ole Satan will replay it over and over and over. Its good that I have friends who get excited over sports; as long as they enjoy me getting excited over some old piece of wood! Isnt God good to have created each of us so different? There is joy in serving Jesus, as I journey on my way, joy that fills the heart with praises, every hour and every day. There is joy, joy, joy in serving Jesus, joy that throbs within my heart: every moment, every hour, as I draw upon His power, there is joy, joy, joy that never shall depart. Have a wonderful day and be careful; somebody may be watching you with a camera and they will replay what they saw you do over and over and over!
