So I just went to the gym an hour ago or so for 2 and a half hours and murdered my back, chest, biceps, calves and shoulders. As soon as I got home and saw one gym post on instagram I got the itch to go back. Which makes me SO excited because I love when Im so naturally drawn into training. My 25 oz of lean grass fed Trader Joes grilled chicken is cooking along with my 1/2 pound of assorted vegetables. Going to soak in the tub for a bit then get back to the gym for another 3 hours or so! :D Want to kill legs, biceps again, triceps, lower back, more calves, target specifically front deltoids and my hip abductors/flexors. Boy tomorrow morning is going to be TOUGH. about 7 weeks out!
