A bit stunned I said why didnt someone ring and let me know as Im up s**t creek now! Response was a shoulder shrug and a blank couldnt be arsed attitude. Anyways there are more important things going on in the world at the moment but really bad customer service pisses me right off! Think twice before ordering your cakes there as they might decide they couldnt be arsed doing it ://
