So, Ive had problems getting a crisp, clean print plate burned for my pad printing machine. Ive watched the training video a dozen times, and followed the instructions precisely. They always came out incomplete, missing parts of the print, etc. Ive wasted a good chunk of money (and time) on defectively burned plates. Frustrated, today I said screw it, and burned a plate the way my screen printing experience says it should be done. Guess what? It came out freaking perfect.
