So after the last weight loss challenge I did through my work, I decided I was not going to focus on losing weight and I had forced myself to put away the scale. It was getting harder to lose weight as I got smaller and at this point I really want to focus on muscle gain and letting my body adjust in weight, while doing this. I have been eating healthy but have not been watching my calories. Today I woke up and thought, I think I will weigh myself. I know I havent been trying to lose weight, but it sure feels like I have. Sure enough I am down to 165 lbs. so I have lost a total of 91 pounds. I really hope I get to go to this next hydrostatic body fat testing event. I am excited to see how much it says I have change, in muscle mass, from the last time I did it!
