So by all accounts thats the first airstrikes by the raf on Iraq, apparently on CIA created IS (ISIS). The reality is IS having plenty of warning of these attacks, have probably left the military bases they overthrew, and moved elsewhere. No doubt civilians will be the real casualty. The government are also looking to arm the Free Syrian Army in a country that only last year they lost a motion to start a military invasion of. The cost to the taxpayer going forward will be around £3m per day, the cost for the civilians of Iraq will be tens of thousands of innocents. I pray that this does not increase the misplaced hatred of my Muslim brothers and sisters here and round the world, InshaAllah. The strikes tonight and military action was supported by a lot of labour, no snp and probably funded by Scottish oil. Britain again will have the blood of innocent human beings on its hands. If a military wants to drop bombs to stop terrorism, it would do well to start at the major western rulers government buildings and the mansions of the rich who help fund these wars for profit.
