So grateful for this time of juicy, joyful exploration and expression this week at the Creativity Art Retreat in Dunedin!! Thank you to the incredible group of women who showed up so fully and fearlessly, to Shelley Yampolsky for being our divine den mother and creating gorgeous meals, and to Teri Degler, my fiery muse partner who opened the door to play, passion and powerful transformation!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! …and thank you to Sam, our dharma doggie, the keeper of the calm…your presence reminded us to play, love, sleep, cuddle and smile :-)
