So heres my luck. At Emerald Mall 3rd floor and notice an elderly couple and the gentleman is having difficulty carrying a keurig that I think they just purchased. So I step in and take the box from him and we all start to walk to what I think would be the car. Ya no..... They are Portuguese and our conversation is limited because I cant understand what they are saying. 10 minutes later we are in jc Penney apparently looking for customer service. Come to find out We are returning the keurig because it broke. No reciept, and its over a year old. Mind you now I am in the conversation because I am thought to be a family member and I am now translating a language I dont even understand... Needless to say we were directed to customer service where fortunately there was a line. I took the opportunity of the line to give hugs to both. Smile and slip away.... :)
