So heres my whinge for the day... I invite customer to workshop to help with deciding on expensive purchase so ensure customer gets best quality and value for money. Customer pulls out 10 mins before arranged time. I offer to help customer the very next morning at 10am, in town to save the customer driving to Edmonton in peak hour traffic. Customer agrees. Customer rings me 25mins prior to agreed time and abuses me for not being there. I reply, I am 5mins away. Customer tells me I obviously dont want his business... Sometimes its hard to give good customer service to people.
