So, little Alex has had a rough few weeks with recurrent nosebleeds again. We had an emergency appointment yesterday with ENT and the cauterised his nostril again, several times. The Consultant isnt convinced hes solved the problem so hes booked a review in 3-4 weeks to see how it looks and if its still bleeding, theyll have no choice but to book him in for yet another exploration under GA. Hes also suffered with a few more headaches and dizzy spells, so we need to diarise those. He had his 2nd physio appt at Lincoln today. Hes got so many exercises to do to stengthen his legs, and hopefully stretch his muscles that seized up during chemo. Shes referred him for a wheelchair, so hell be able to ditch the buggy, but its a scary thought to be 1 year off treatment and still be suffering so badly. Lots of love to my fellow oncology family, some are going through bad times, so love is sent their way xxx
