So my flock has now been tested for avian influenza. Have to say the process was exceedingly quick and the lovely vet who is covering from King County to the border (!) is wonderful and fun to work with. I think we tested nine and it took less than 15 minutes. She needs 300 test subjects (locations, not birds) to complete her study, so if you can, it would be very helpful for her and science in general. And you get a chicken calendar!!
