So my phone has been acting crazy lately which is driving me nuts and might I add almost cost me my bffl (lol not really I always ignore her anyway)so I take it to Verizon where some MAN pretends to do something which he himself said he had no clue and sends me on my way and says good luck hope that helps. NO SUCH LUCK! Still acted up so I did what I should have done from tge begging....the womans fix...the best fix...turn it off and then back on...PERFECT!! #Women are smarter # Best fix EVER
