So newton co is on the news being criticized for calling the wrong # for students. How is an automated system supposed to know they didnt pay their phone bill lol and most parents probably dont give the correct phone # to begin with. Parents should be lucky for an automated system at all, some of us parents with children who are having a hard time with learning and attempt to work with the school and they do a half attempt or nothing at all to help address the issue, thats what should be criticized on the news. If the teacher complains to the parent that she doesnt have time to hold his hand, then please direct me to someone who does. Please dont get me wrong, there are excellent teachers in newton co but what happens to the slow learner that gets a bad one and regrets having to learn, hates even going to school when last year he received the principals award?? Thats the turning point for kids even this young to have hope for graduating. SMH đĄ
