So nice to hear from the blushing bride. A fun wedding reception at SPACE! Dear Elvira & the entire SPACE staff, Ron and I want to thank the entire staff of SPACE for making a magical, unforgettable and memorable wedding reception experience for us from beginning to end. Little did we know what we were in for. During our first meeting, you were personable, pleasant, a good listener, you were not arrogant and impatient (as I had experienced with some other facilities) and were willing to work with me. Second, when I saw the Main Room I was sold !!!. That room was out of this world; it was better than what I had ever invisioned for the the type of lay out I originally had in mind for the reception. The room looked great online, but the website does not do it justice till you see it in person. The room was just so beautiful, state of the art and spacious I just had to say yes!!! During my entire planning process, you communicated with me each and every step of the way from beginning to end. My guest were extremely wowwed at not only how beautiful the Main Room was but the level of service we received that evening. I was told compliments all night from how organized everything was from the food, the place and the staff. The staff was professional every step of the way. They all anticipated our needs. The culinary experience was superb!!! Elvira, In all all my years of experience as a wedding and event planner, you are a true meaning to the word professional. You are, highly organized, detail oriented, multifaceted, problem solver, creative, and customer service oriented . You truly run a tight ship at SPACE. Your entire staff were self starters that knew what to do and when to do it with little to no direction. I must say in both our capacities as established event professionals, I always say it starts at the top. If a business has a great manager it is reflective of the staff. Keep doing what you do and dont change a thing!!! Our overall experience was fantastic. We were extremely happy that we chose SPACE as our venue.
