So team #in10sity is presenting the #1minofheat challenge.. Its basically a high intensity routine that will torch fat whether youre doing 1 set or more .. 1 set will take you about a minute to complete.. No rest - go straight through and if you choose to do a second or third set take a 30 second rest and jump right back in. You start with 5 burpees, 5 pull-ups, 5 shoulder press, 5 curls (each arm!) and 5 dips. I encourage anyone who is interested to take the 1 minute of heat challenge!
