So thankful today: for my super clients, new and ongoing, for my little shop in the forest, enough income to sustain a nice life and increasing artistic inspiration! It took years of unanswered phone calls before ol Bear at Bears Den became the first to even agree to talk to me about apprenticing to become a tattoo artist. I am so thankful for that beginning in a humble shop in a very humble neighbourhood. Blessed. Others have helped me along the way as I strove ( and keep striving) to be better but that first returned phone was the proverbial foot in the door that enabled me to begin the journey that brought me to this beautiful place.
