The plan is to work from the beach whilst spending 2 days a week in Auckland. Well... my partner has had a personal tragedy in his family so yesterday we made an unexpected trip to Wellington. To be able to be here for him is amazing. To not have to ask my boss for time off, to know that I am not going to have to go back to a mountain of work (we get punished when we take time off right!) and to be able to continue to do what I love (calls, texts) when I WANT TO to my amazing team from ANYWHERE has really hit home.
