So we have a 9 yr old in a splint for the next 24 hours while they determine if he re-injured a fracture from a few years back ...He fell on the ice at school today... I am a little miffed as to why they didnt call me as he reported he was in pain.. AND I had to pick him up early anyway for a dentist appt... On a good note he won the genetic roulette with his teeth.. No cavities.. at least he didnt end up with my awful teeth.. So we will find out tomorrow after 7pm whether we are in a splint for a week, or if we get to go get his arm in a cast....Talk about a good news/bad news day!!
