So what can Singaporeans do when the Prime Minister has - TopicsExpress

So what can Singaporeans do when the Prime Minister has side-stepped us and completely ignored the implications of the 6.9 million population foreign influx in his national day rally speech? He has in fact treated his voters and countrymen with disrespect by not addressing an issue that is hugely unpopular with the masses. I wonder how his 60% voters responded to this deliberate slip by him. I have also heard that many young people are packing their bags and plan to emigrate in view of the adverse situation here. Others rather wait for GE 2016 to cast their vote against the ruling party even though it may mean dislodging them from power. So what can Singaporeans do from now to 2016? Do we simply wait in silent defiance or rise up in wild protest? Besides openly protesting what can we do together?
