So yesterday I had some yogurt and a can of tuna and had zero kip - TopicsExpress

So yesterday I had some yogurt and a can of tuna and had zero kip (Laos currency). I ate the tuna throughout the day and didnt feel overly hungry. At about 8:00 pm I went to the ATM just to see what my balance was but it was the same. I wondered what to do since I was beginning to feel pretty hungry. I wandered around looking for something that caught my attention. But I forgot the first rule-always take the path of least resistance. In my minds eye I kept seeing this man from Laos who was in the room next to me. I had talked to him earlier when he was playing an Om mani padme hum chant and I told him I liked hearing it. I felt he would help me somehow so I went back to the guesthouse. I saw that there was a kitchen at the guesthouse and thought maybe they did serve some kind of food but when I tried to ask the front desk people did not speak good enough English. I saw the man who was in the room next to me and asked him to help me translate. But he said there was no food in the kitchen but hed take me to have something to eat. So we had a delicious dinner. Then this morning I went out and again checked my balance, which was the same. I felt compelled to walk past where I normally walk in this area and came to a place where there was a bunch of fresh fruit in bags on the ground as if someone had just dumped them there. I thought maybe someone was getting ready to set up a stand or something. I said to Spirit that if the fruit was for me and not belonging to someone then it would be there when I got back and I walked around a while. I was thinking about where I was being guided to go. It reminds me when I left the Ukraine and was in Poland. I thought I was going to travel in Eastern Euriope but then was guided to the capital where I got my Chinese visa instead. I dont really feel as though I am going to travel through Laos or any of these other countries around here as I had first thought. I asked Spirit where am I going? I look up and saw a sign for an Indian restaurant. India has been calling me for a long time and I feel that may be where I am going now. I met a man in one of the guesthouses who told me he went to the Indian Embassy here and got a 6 months visa for only $58 usd. I know there is a reason that he told me that. I wondered, what is the capital city of Laos? Maybe I am to go there to get the visa. But then this morning I learned that the city I am in is the captial of Laos, LOL. So I think my next step is my Indian visa here. Then I walked back to where the fruit was. It was still there and no one around so I picked up a bag of about 20 or more bananas and headed back to my guesthouse to feast on bananas, LOL. Gifts and Angels Abound!
