Solidification Facility Application Removed from Planning Commission Agenda On Tuesday, January 13, 2015, Town staff granted a request from Waste Connections to remove their application for a Liquid Waste Bulking Facility (aka “solidification facility”) at the Front Range Landfill from the Planning Commission’s January 21, 2015 meeting agenda. As such, the Planned Development Amendment to allow the solidification facility has been removed from the Planning Commission’s January 21st agenda. Please note: this application remains an active quasi-judicial application. Waste Connections has informed staff that they intend to reschedule in the very near future.
