Some INSPIRATION for Project: Every thought/ memory/ word has an emotion attached to it. What you believe about your thoughts, determines what emotion you will create. Every emotion has a chemical associated with it that attaches to every cell in your body. Your thoughts and emotions are energy which affect others. Words have power. Words are energy. Telling stories is also empowering for people and helps to create and inspire a vision of a better future. It helps individuals and collectives to reclaim their history, to understand and appreciate their strengths, resilience and resistance, to overcome their silence and shame to build community. The PURPOSE of this Group: To be a space for communication between in person meetings. Also for sharing about other creative initiatives that have a focus on positivity i.e. tending to emphasize what is good or laudable tending towards progress or improvement; moving in a beneficial direction - especially those that highlight great things happening in communities or with individuals that arent usually seen beyond negative, stereotypical assumptions.
