Some of you may think Im insane for thinking this, but heres how I look at how to end criminal activity and police brutailty, all summed up into one word... Darwinism Truth is, you cant. It will never ever EVER go away. It should be ones own responsibilty to handle the day to day affairs of safety for yourself, your family, and your community. I have the utmost respect for men and women that chose to serve Federally though. Instead of attempting to arrest someone for a bench warrant for a $20 fine several years old, (which most ppl I know that have been arrested, is for some reason like that. Always bench warrants. Smh.) these feds most definitely will sit there all day and give you all the rope you need to just up and hang yourself. However, all this police brutality, and illusion that we have a criminal society are making street cops paranoid, and making citizens afraid for things they havent even committed. Not everyone has the funds to pay off a court system. Some of them just cant afford lawyers, court costs, etc. Your lucky that in a fight or flight instance, they simply chose to run instead of fighting back.. It just puts tension in the air every time a badge is within as much as eyeshot. Remember, every time an officer approaches a person, they may be nervous for their safety, but keep in mind theyre looking at the officer the same way. So if you want to end all the cop/robber shenanigans, just let people be. Im sure places like Ferguson will turn themselves inside out, and fall off the map anyway. Its nice you officers protect and serve. Honestly. I know you feel obligated to do the right thing. I appreciate your sacrifice to stand and take an oath to serve and protect the innocent.. but truthfully, you cant help someone who cant help themselves. Its not worth risking your life to protect people that put themselves in the same situation time and time again. Think of your family. Thats not selfish. Protect and serve your wife, children, and your loved ones. Make sure they stay safe in such bad times. And if each man does his own, officer or civilian, then the world will be a lot better off. This is an officers reply to the Ferguson incident... DPSCanton: What officers SHOULD do is nothing. This may sound horrible, but as we all have been shown, this is the truth. Most officers dont live in the neighborhood they patrol in, so if the citizens dont care about the neighborhod [sic], why should the police? Answer calls, take reports, TAKE YOUR PAYCHECK and go home. Dont be proactive, let the neighborhood destroy itself. Its not worth our lives or our career [sic.] If people want to live among criminals, thats [sic] their choice. I hope all the businesses that burned in Ferguson relocate and do not open shop in that town again. Police cant service people who cant [sic] serve and take care of themselves, their neighborhoods, so dont even try.
