Understanding his people in general: He understands his peoples’ basic needs and makes those provisions for them. He also motivates them to act in the common interest of the country. In simple words – He sees the big picture. 2. Understanding of the economic issues: He understands that the economic issues are absolutely essential to take policy decisions that lead to economic well-being of the people. 3. He has an understanding of the international issues and how they impact India: Rahul Gandhi has maintained appropriate relationships with other countries, and for this understanding of international issues that is as necessary as a prospective PM. 4. Rahul Gandhi has an effective team of capable people: He has a team that consist of the best available leaders in the country, with capabilities who are trustworthy, loyal, reliable and talented. They are 21st Century leaders who have a vision and mission. 5. He is a person of high Personal Integrity: When he says he will bring up a change for the poor and needy, he had made that into reality. 6. He has Personal courage: It is evident from the assassinations of his two family members, yet he has had the strength to carry on, many a times he has had to make tough decisions and without personal courage, it is not possible to maintain a cool mind in such situations, but Rahul Gandhi has maintained his “cool” at all times. 7. Mr Gandhi has a genuine love and concern for people: He does not believe in cast and creed, therefore to him, all are equal. He has had his focus on poor and neglected which leaders have had a blind eye on previously. He also believes that Dalit are the future of India and they are the nation’s strength. He encourages people of lower caste to enter politics by giving them support. 8. He has the ability to play the politics and to remain in power not for personal gains, but remaining in power in spite of taking measures in the interest of the country. Despite all negative propaganda from the opposition, he draws a huge crowd when he visits any State. A leader needs his followers, Rahul Gandhi is a leader who: “knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way” 9. He has progressive and innovative thinking ability as he is well versed with the 21st Century culture and the effects on nation and the globe- financially, socially and politically. 10. Rahul Gandhi has good health: He is energetic and healthy, a prospective PM should be physically and mentally stable as it is a demanding job .All these qualities make him the perfect prospective PM of India. 11. Rahul Gandhi has the ability to connect with his constituents and coherently has the grasps of domestic issues that are affecting India, not only his constituency but the entire Nation. As a Prospective PM, Rahul Gandhi has a Clarity of vision - One who knows his vision and can successfully articulate it to the voting public and has keen understanding of the different cultures in his governance – Rahul Gandhi understands the different cultures in his nation. Political cultures, ethnic/ racial cultures, class based cultures are but three of the many examples of cultures to which a good Prime Minister must be able to appeal in both good times and bad ones and Rahul Gandhi has demonstrated these in recent times.
