Something Im working on. Lander is designed for Duna trips. The side boosters are still essentially full at this point, so you can sling this thing outbound pretty easily. Built in sandbox, but its fully-built for late-game Career stuff (a pity that Duna is mid-career). This launches all in one shot, but is somewhat modular, permitting it to act as either a temporary station in distant reaches, or to aid in mid-mission refueling. All stock (although I think it looks far better with a bunch of AIES greebles on it).
