Something is wrong with this honor ranking? Why limit to the top 10 of the class the application and selection of honors? Kaya nga may 7-3 scheme (academic & ECA) ... i hope you did not violate the rights of others ...deped 92 neither said top 10 of d class or top 15 or 20 shud be subj to 7-3 scheme .. DO as far as i know wala ring sinabi (may memo ba?) Sa decs order before, lahat ng graduating students kasama provided they met d criteria ... So what now? A seperate set of rule? Sabi all grade and year levels apply ang deped 92 ... di po ba maam Angelita Regis
