Sooo...I put a belt and 1/2 qt of fluid in the PS of the S130. MAGIC! It has power steering again, despite was the PO said. It only took about 1/4 of the quart before it functioned again. Supposedly it has a really really really bad leak - though it only took 1/4 of a quart before working again tells me it cant be THAT bad of a leak. Anyways, after cranking the wheel back and forth for half an hour, then accessing the ground...didnt even see a drop. Who knows.
