Sorry folks ... mind, thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, circumstances and vibrations just absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE TO DANCE and shake and rise and fall and wiggle and expand and contract and shift and change and do the slippery sock shuffle .... you cant hold them still ... you may think you do ... but that dont last ... it was just a momentary pause. But what you could notice is that they are all dancing to the music of your ever stable, bright, spacious, electric and clear just as you are-ness.
