Sorry if this isnt a for sale post... But i think this should really be addressed... What is with all the no title posts. For those who are unfamiliar with the law in florida it is not legal to own a vehicle (the cab portion, or the goosneck area on atvs/bikes) without one of the following : title, certificate of origin (typical for offroad/track use), certificate of destruction (for scrap/damaged/totaled vehicles) or a rebuilt title. If you have something for offroad use thats really old, before titles were issued that is understandable and there are exemptions pre 1999. but for anything modern (after 2000) you really should straiten out the title FIRST before trying to sell things. Just a friendly FYI, I have seen police officers go on facebook groups in sting operations and charge people with a boatload of felonies for selling things they do not legally own, without title, etc. Its simply not wise. get your paperwork in order first. no one wants to waste time with things that cannot be legally bought.
