Sorry, not food related. But does anyone have recommendation on a good zinc supplement for a 3 year old? We just got our daughters full amino acid panel results back. Everything looks fine except her zinc level is low. I am looking for a zinc supplement. Everthing I found online is lozenges like. I am afraid a 3 year old will choke on that.
