Splits Mobility - Resistance Band Stretching So this is a request for my warm up/mobility flow I do with my band for splits - you can use this before or after training. You can see the difference before and after - (today was a stiff day!) But think its good to see how it can be improved with minimal stretching and no forcing - I have fairly flexible hamstrings, but my hips get very tight so this for me is perfect as it opens them up. What isnt shown is my straddle which is also greatly improved after these exercises but I will be posting some more videos soon. Bands available at casc-ade Hope this helps!
