Sta Elena Police Arrest Suspect for Violation of RA 7610 SUSPECT: Russel Baliuag y Eura, Alias “Tokni”, 37 years old, with live-in partner and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay Rizal, Santa Elena, Camarines Norte VICTIM: People of the Philippines DATE/TIME: January 11, 2015 at about 3:00 PM PLACE: inside Santa Elena Cockpit Arena at Purok 1, Barangay San Vicente, Santa Elena, Camarines Norte In the report submitted by PCI JUANCHO BALTE IBIS, Officer in Charge of Sta Elena Municipal Police Station (MPS), to PSSUPT MOISES CUDAL PAGADUAN, Acting Provincial Director of Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office, disclosed that suspect was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued on December 17, 2014 by Hon. Judge Roberto A. Escaro, Acting Judge of RTC Branch 64, Labo, Camarines Norte. Suspect is charged for Violation of Section 10 (a) Article VI of RA 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. 2014-2666 and with Eighty Thousand pesos (Php80, 000.00) bail recommended.
