Staggered Stance Single Leg Squat... this is basically a way to overload the front leg, using a staggered stance or close split squat action. The staggered stance means that you will align the toe of the rear foot with the heel of the front foot, and focus on minimizing use of the back foot/leg during the squat movement. Load can be added via bands or dumbbells, or a kettlebell. Goblet loaded front squat would be one of your best loading options!
