Step two - trying for a baby. Well after deciding on our lovely donor things went full speed ahead and within weeks we where officially trying. We decided we would wait till november to do our first insemination but at lastminute changed our minds. So it ended up being a mad rush as a few days later I was due to ovulate. Our donor was great about this and we arranged to meet near Garden Island. On the day we both took a change of clothes to work with us. Dead on 2pm we finished work, showered and changed and left. It was and exciting and nervous journey. We got there early and waited for our lovely donor to arrive at 4pm. He was on time and roadnin like a hero on a motorbike and still in uniform. We exchanged pleasantries and then he handed over the donation. Well this is where it gets interesting. As it was a last minute thing we hadnt booked anywhere so ended up driving to Point Peron and parking up. We put towels up for privacy and proceeded with insemination. Lol Katherine managed to spill a little on herself and freaked. So here I am layed back as far as possible with my feet on the dashboard and pillows under me. We decide to get subway for dinner and then head back home to bunbury (me still layed back lol). Within a few days I felt sick, had spoting and other symptoms so went to the dr. Even though it was only a fww days later he ordered a blood test. Of course this came back negative (was to early) so we continued the 2 week wait and tested again. Negative. Oh well try again next mth.
